harhar..he don't know i post his picture here..

and so..i was checking around bout chocolates...i don't know why but i just felt like to so i went look around on the Internet and search bit..chocolates are like everyone favourite but..for me i DON'T love nor get addicted to them..i prefer lollys or jellybeans lor...so guess what i found bout chocolates..eh...eh chocolates lover read lar wei..

Chocolate contains more than 300 chemicals, including stimulants such as caffeine and theobromine. But these stimulants aren’t present in large enough quantities to significantly affect the brain and nervous system..Furthermore, while chocolate may not be the most healthy snack around, the average chocolate bar contains approximately 250 calories - low enough for a dieter to enjoy one as an occasional treat. Besides, indulging your chocolate craving from time to time can help prevent the bingeing that is a dieter's worst enemy. Confirmed chocoholics often worry that indulging their craving will lead to everything from rotting teeth to acne, not to mention the need to lose a few pounds.

BOO ! that's the scary part lar bout chocolates...good side also got

Chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables,Chocolate also holds benefits apart from protecting your heart:
=it tastes good
=it stimulates endorphin production, which gives a feeling of pleasure
=it contains serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant
=it contains theobromine, caffeine and other substances which are stimulants

Lower Blood Pressure: Studies have shown that consuming a small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure.
Lower Cholesterol:Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) by up to 10 percent

Doesn't Chocolate Have a lot of Fat?:
Some of the fats in chocolate do not impact your cholesterol. The fats in chocolate are 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 stearic acid and 1/3 palmitic acid:
Oleic Acid = is a healthy monounsaturated fat that is also found in olive oil.
Stearic Acid =is a saturated fat but one which research is shows has a neutral effect on cholesterol.
Palmitic Acid =is also a saturated fat, one which raises cholesterol and heart disease risk.

i know ..i never really blog about facts and stuff , just curious..u know lar....=)) or you can read more bout it ... here
