And again is pass midnight I'm the last person in the house still widely awake . It started all the way back last semester when i had a mountain of major subject that i had to stay up to finish the assignments. Like everyone else , we had date dues chasing us like crazy ass time bomb .
I , as a usual teenager being an night owl as always getting myself to sleep in on weekends because i stay up very late and tire myself out and eventually i upset my internal body clock and ruin my normal weekdays from Monday possibly all the way to Saturday and Sunday as usual then i screw up the next week . again . dragging from days to months till now .
I never thought i will google anything about health cause i don't really care much as long i DON'T fall sick neither get infected by any kind of virus . Eat well , skip the part where i don't sleep well and well work out (ballet classes and occasionally of swimming) that's just it .

Well after all sleeping early do have more advantage than sleeping late , plus is proven anyway . It doesn't happen overnight but it will require a few weeks for me . I had to change my sleeping timing already . Half an hour more and I'm off to bed ! *cross fingers ,I'll try*
